StudentConsulting Helsingborg is growing and is now expanding the team with 2 personnel administrators. We are targeting those of you who are studying, want to work part-time, and are curious about the staffing industry. Take the chance and become part of a winning company!

The tasks consist of supporting colleagues with tasks such as:

• Ad creation,
• Selection
• Conducting phone interviews
• Scheduling interviews
• Interviews
• Reference checks.
• Marketing
• Scheduling
• Upselling
• Order management (Handling the client's order for consultants)
• Follow-up on consultant cases
• Prospecting
• Quality work
• Other administration
• Ongoing dialogue with candidates and consultants

Working hours are scheduled during daytime 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri. We would like you to be able to work at least two days a week, but this can vary up or down based on our needs. During summer/Easter/Christmas, we would like you to be available for more hours per week.

We also have an on-call solution where colleagues work outside office hours to deliver staff to our clients. It is not a requirement for the position to be part of our on-call team, but it is a plus if you want and have the opportunity to work at inconvenient hours some shifts a month.

We are looking for someone who is studying a program at a university/college, preferably in areas such as HR, Economics, or Service Management, and who wants to learn and develop in the field of recruitment and staffing.

You should have a positive attitude and good social skills. You are confident and self-driven, and take great responsibility for your tasks. You are quick and efficient with experience in administrative work. You are driven and want to achieve good results in what you do.

To succeed in this position, it is important that you enjoy being challenged. We work in a fast-paced environment with many different tasks that need to be handled simultaneously. We work towards set goals and deadlines, so it is important that you are results-oriented and find it enjoyable to have a lot to do.

Our clients place orders at various times of the day. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible with working hours and can easily adapt to the needs that exist at the moment.
